Hours

Whether it's before school, after school, or on the weekends, we're here to work around your family's schedule. Contact us to find the perfect time for your child's learning sessions.

Cancellation

We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness for all students, please follow our cancellation policy:

24-hour notice required: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid charges.
Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Emergency situations: We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you.
Rescheduling: We're happy to reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.

Lateness

Punctuality is important for making the most of each learning session:

Up to 10 minutes late: Your session will continue for the remaining time.
More than 10 minutes late: The session may be shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of the instructor.
Habitual lateness: Repeated tardiness may affect the continuity of your child's learning. We'll reach out to find a better-fitting time slot.
Instructor lateness: If we are ever late, we will make up the time in the same session or the following one.

Student expectations

We create a safe, encouraging environment where every student can thrive. We ask that students and families support that environment by:

Coming prepared: Have materials ready and be in a quiet space where you can focus.
Being respectful: Treat instructors and classmates with kindness and patience.
Giving effort: We don't expect perfection; we expect genuine effort and curiosity.
Communicating openly: If something isn't working (the pace, the material, the time), tell us. We'll adjust.
