Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness for all students and maintain our quality of service, please follow our cancellation policy:

•24-hour notice required: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid charges.
•Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
•Emergency situations: We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll work with you.
•Rescheduling: We're happy to reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.

Late Policy

Punctuality is important for making the most of each learning session. Here's our policy on late arrivals:

•On-time arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session to maximize learning time.
•Late arrivals: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. We cannot extend sessions due to late arrivals.
•15-minute rule: If you're more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.
•Communication: If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly.

Expectations for Our Students

To create the best learning environment for everyone, we have some expectations for our students:

•Come prepared: Bring any necessary materials, completed homework, or questions you'd like to discuss.
•Active participation: Engage actively in lessons, ask questions, and participate in activities and discussions.
•Respectful behavior: Show respect for the tutor, other students (in group settings), and the learning environment.
•Effort and attitude: Come with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. It's okay to make mistakes—that's how we learn!
•Communication: Let us know if something is unclear, if you're struggling with a concept, or if you need extra help.
•Practice between sessions: Complete any assigned practice or homework between sessions to reinforce learning.
